Abstract
The Quezon City Public Library (QCPL) had set a high standard of excellence after being awarded two
categories of the 2023 Public Library of the Year last March 22, 2024 at the Epifanio Delos Santos
Auditorium of the National Library of the Philippines. The QCPL bagged the City Category for the 2023 Public Library of the Year Award while the QCPL –
Lagro Branch attained the Barangay/Branch Category of the same award.
