Abstract

A Resolution strongly urging the Manila Electric Company (MERALCO), all telecommunications companies, cable television providers, internet service providers, and all other private entities with existing utility wires, to resolve and implement as immediate action for the inspection, clearance, and organizing of tangled aerial power and data lines, known as "spaghetti wired" situated within the territorial jurisdiction of Quezon City
