Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Pook Dela Paz Old Balara Homeowners Association, Inc., with forty two (42) lots, Community Mortgage Program (CMP) of the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SFHC), and being originated by the Local Government of Quezon City located at lot 43-B-14, PSD-36810, Pook Dela Paz Street, Barangay Matandang Balara, Quezon City, Metro Manila registered in the name of Pook Dela Paz Old Balara Homeowners Association, Inc. covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 004-2011005375 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing a total project area of one thousand five hundred forty four (1,544) square meters, as applied for by its HOA President, Ma. Elvira M. Dumandan with office address at the same project location, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
