Abstract

An ordinance amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. 531, as amended by Ordinance No. 2230, so as to reduce the surcharge provided therein from 50% to 20%, and exempting housing projects 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the people's homesite and housing corporation from the operation and requirements of Ordinance No. 531 as amended until such time that said lots and houses are sold to the tenants thereof by the government.
