Abstract
An ordinance providing for the re-classification/re-zoning of the northern side of Xavierville Avenue in Barangay Loyola Heights, District III, Quezon City, lot deep from the junction of Pajo and Chico Streets up to the zoning boundary of Katipunan Avenue from medium-density residential (R-2) zone to high-density residential (R-3) zone in accordance with the provisions of the "Quezon City Zoning Ordinance of 1992".
