Abstract

A Resolution amending the Title of Quezon City Resolution No. SP10099, S-2025 entitled "A Resolution authorizing the Issuance of a Special Use Permit to Pangasinan Five Star Bus Co., Inc., as represented by Modesto B. Mendoza, for the proposed two (2)-Storey Bus Terminal and Garage located at Lot 1-B, (No. 1178) Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) Barangay Unang Sigaw, District VI, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016" to change the title description from "Proposed Two (2)-Storey Bus Terminal and Garage" to "proposed Bus Terminal and Garage with two (2)-Storey Commercial Building
