Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a housing project (BP Blg. 220) with 22 lots, community three hundred fifty-six (1,356) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title no. RT-113512 of the registry of deeds of Quezon city, registered in the name of traders royal bank, and located at lot no. 62, PLS-2648-D, Nitang Avenue, Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon city, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Nitang traders homeowners association, Inc., presented by <s. Lora V. Claveria subject to the conditions prescripted under Quezon city ordinance no. SP-56, S 93 and batas pambansa Blg. 220.
