Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Lot No. 1 Block 5, PSD-4786, (two-storey socialized townhouse project: 23 units), containing an area of one thousand four hundred seventy-six (1,476) square meters, covered by transfer certificate title No. N-162942 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Danilo F. Soriano, located at Dona Isidora corner Don Faustino Streets, Kapalaran Village, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, as applied for by Mr. Danilo F. Soriano, Subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance No. SP-56, S-92, and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
