Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Grezar Ville Homeowners Association, Inc. with seventy three (73) lots, Community Mortgage Program (CMP) located at lot 116-B-1-B-2, (LRC) PSD-12240, Camp Grezar Street Barangay Talipapa, Quezon City, Metro Manila registered in the name of Josefina D. Belmonte covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 004-2010008661 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of three thousand five hundred (3,500) square meters, as applied for by its HOA President, Ms. Maricar M. Vinluan with office address at the same project location, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
