Abstract

Prohibiting architects, civil engineers and building contractors to supervise the construction of to construct buildings or other structures on lots the subdivision plans of which have not been approved by the city council or the city engineer and are declared non-existent under Ordinance No.6129, S-64; and providing penalties for violation thereof.
