An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Regina Hills, a three (3) storey residential townhouse with sixteen (16) units and with promenade containing an aggregate area of one thousand one hundred eighty nine square meters and forty square decimeters (1,189.40 SQ.M) covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 004-2010004727 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, located at No. 3 General De Jesus Street, Barangay Sta. Cruz, Quezon City, as applied for by Ramon A. Syhunliong, President/CEO of Banff Realty and Development Corporation with office address at No. 34 Esteban Abada Street, Loyola Heights, Quezon City, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957.
