Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Congressional Homes with eight (8) lots containing an area of one thousand two hundred forty three square meters and ten square decimeters (1,243.10 SQ. M.) covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered RT-71919 (277491) & RT-59236 (148191) of the Registry of Deeds Quezon City, registered in the name of spouses Filadelfo & Ester Filart, located at lot 1 block 22 & lot 7 block 18 Jersey Street, Project 8, Barangay Bahay Toro, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by Don Tinio Realty and Development Corporation represented by its President Mr. Florentino S. Dulalia, with office address at 223 T. Santiago St., Viente Reales, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules, and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and PD 957, otherwise known as Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.
