Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Sunrise Ville of Junji Homeowners Association, Inc., with forty (40) lots, Community Mortgage Program (CMP) project, originated by the Quezon City Government registered in the name of Bank of Commerce covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered 87338, 87339, 97340 and 87341 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an aggregate area of one thousand six hundred fifty one (1,651) square meters, located at lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 Block 2, Junji Street, Rolling Hills Subdivision, Barangay Kaligayahan, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by its HOA President, Ms. Melba B. Gabito with office address at the same project location as variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
