Abstract
An ordinance approving the alteration plan of Circulo Verde Garden Homes from 59 to 61 lots located at No. 70 Calle Industria, Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of Ortigas and Co. Limited Partnership covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 004-2011004201 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an aggregate area of seven thousand eight hundred nine square meters and ten square decimeters (7,809.10) as applied for by Mr. Joselito F. Santos, Deputy Chief operating officer/real estate division general manager, with office address at the 9th floor, Ortigas Building, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957 otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree, as per plans submitted.
