Barbara Royale Subdivision, Barangay Sauyo, Quezon City, Metro Manila registered in the name of Uptown Industrial Sales, Inc. covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 004-2010005303 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an aggregate area of one thousand nine hundred forty five (1,945) square meters, as applied for by the Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc. as represented by its President/CEO, Mr. Exequiel D. Robles with office address at 3/F Building II, Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, Marcos Hi-Way Corner Felix Avenue, Cainta, Rizal, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree 957, otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Degree.
