An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Sigma Townhouses : A 3-storey high townhouse project (8-units), containing an area of eight hundred (800) square meters covered by transfer certificates of title numbered N-168468 & N-168465 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of GRRD Realty Holdings Corp., with the office address at L401 tower 1 & exchange plaza, Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, Subject to conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and PD 957.
