Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan with one hundred ninety one (191) lots, under a Community Mortgage Program (CMP) project consisting an area of ten thousand four hundred thirty (10,430.00) square meters covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered N-338214 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Carlota C. Syquia, Et. Al., located at lot 2, (LRA) PCS-36513, Langka St., Group 1, Area B, Barangay Payatas, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Hillside Village Homeowners Association, Inc. represented by its president Mrs. Violeta A Espinosa, pursuant to the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. 56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
