Abstract
An ordinance approving the second alteration plan of Brescia Subdivision from ten (10) affected lots to eight (8) lots (decreased by 2 lots) registered in the name of Crown Asia Properties (North) Inc. covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered N-316570, N-316573, N-316575, N-316633, N-316634, N-316635, N-316636, N-316593, N-316606 and N-316607 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an aggregate area of one thousand six hundred seventy five (1,675) square meters, located at Lilac Street, Barangay Greater Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as represented by its technical services supervisor, Engr. Manuel N. Torio, Jr., with office address at UGF Worldwide Corporate Center, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, in compliance with the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree 957.
