Abstract
An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Mirandaville Homeowners Association, Inc. with ninety two (92) lots, a Community Mortgage Program originated by the Quezon City Government registered in the name of Ligaya M. Miranda covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered N-269024 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of five thousand (5,000) square meters, located at Lot 385-B, (LRC) PSD-15929, Mirandaville, Tawid Sapa II, Barangay Kaligayahan, Quezon City, Metro Manila as applied for by its HOA President Mr. Armando R. Arpon, with office address at the same project location, as a variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
