Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Dama de Noche Residences with six (6) unit/four (4) storey townhouses w/ Mezzaanine located at lot 7, block 2, PSD-2648; No.8 Dame de Noche Street, New Manila, Barangay Mariana, Quezon City, registered in the name of Yin Enterprises and Development Corporation covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 004-2012008019 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, consisting an area of nine hundred seventy nine (979) square meters and represented by Mr. Kent T. Garcia, President with office address at Room 512 Presidential Tower, No. 81 Timog Avenue, Quezon City in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulation of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957, otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.
