A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Global Business Tower developed by Asuki Development and Construction Management, Inc. owned by RT and HM Unity Corporation for the construction of Additional Two (2) Floors (As Built) from the approved exceptions of Eighteen (18)-Storey Office/Warehouse with Mezzanine to be located at Lot 1, Block 42, N. Domingo Street corner Mayor Ignacio Diaz Santos Street (formerly Banahaw Street), Barangay Kaunlaran, District IV, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
