Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Santa Barbara Place with two hundred thirty six (236) lots containing an area of fifty four thousand eight hundred twenty one (54,821) square meters covered by Transfer Certificate Title No. RT-7438 (133997) to RT-7462 (276937) of the Register Deed of Quezon City, registered in the name of the Asuncion L. Muñoz, et. al. D.A. Muñoz Co. Inc. and D.M. Consortium, Inc., et. al located at Taurus St., Banlat Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by Mr. Exequiel D. Robles, President/CEO, Sta. Lucia Realty & Dev't. Inc., with office address at 3rd Floor Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall Building II, Felix Avenue Cor. Marcus Highway, Cainta Rizal, Metro Manila, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standard, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56 S-93 and PD 957, otherwise known as Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.
