Abstract

An ordinance approving a Subdivision Plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model E-BP 220) with one hundred eighty-eight (188) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of eight thousand seven hundred two (8,702) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-12851 (190367) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, located at Lot 1, (LRC) PCS-2807, F, Carlos Street, Apolonio Samson, Baesa, District II, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by F. Carlos Mendez-Pajo Homeowners Association, Inc., Phase II (Prosperity Industrial Corporation Property), Represented by its President, Ms. Norma S. Gamboa, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
