dc.description.abstractAn ordinance approving the subdivision plan of 11th Street Residences 2, a three (3)-storey duplex residence with eight (8) units located at lot 10, block 10, 11th Street, Barangay Mariana, Quezon City, registered in the name of Yin Enterprises and Development Corporation covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 004-2012005656 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, consisting an area of two thousand (2,000) square meters as represented by Mr. Kent T. Garcia, President and with office address at No. 81 Timog Avenue, Quezon City in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulation of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957, otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.
