Abstract

An ordinance authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Herbert M. Bautista, to undertake an expropriation proceeding for a parcel of land consisting of one thousand one hundred fifty (1,150) square meters covered by transfer certificate of title number 004-2013014545 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City registered in the name of Angelo D. Tong, located at Lot 3 Block 2 89/93 Ermin Garcia Street, Barangay Pinagkaisahan, Quezon City, to be utilized as a socialized housing site for its present occupants.
