Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model E-BP 220) with112 lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of two thousand eight hundred thirty-five (2,835) square meters, covered by TCT No. N-216727 of registry of deeds of Quezon City, located at lot 121-B-1-B-1-B, PSD-00-054971, Don Julio Gregorio St., Barangay Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City, as applied for by the Progressive Land Homeowners Association, Inc. (Phase II), as a Variance Pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Rules, Standards and Regulations of Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
