Abstract
An ordinance approving the alteration plan of West Wing Villas from one hundred twenty nine (129) lots to one hundred twenty two (122) lots, registered in the name of Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered N-209210, N-209211, N-209212 and N-209213 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing a total project area of twenty two thousand nine hundred sixty one square meters and twenty four square decimeters (22,961.24), located at Quirino Highway, Barangay Talipapa, Novaliches Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by its President and COO, Danilo E. Ignacio, with office address at 8th Floor, Allied Bank Center, No. 6754 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, in compliance with the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957.
