Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception as to Parking Requirements and Setback to Wee Community Developers Inc. for the Proposed Two 37-Storey Condominium Towers and Two 42-Storey Condominium Towers with Roof Deck atop a 7-Storey Podium located at Lot 2-B-1-A, (No. 6062) Calle Industria, Barangay Bagumbayan, District III, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
