Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Vista Real Classica Phase 1-E-1 with twelve (12) lots containing an area of five thousand ninety seven (5,097) square meters covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered RT-59306 (66169) and Phase 4-A with fourteen (14) lots containing an area of five thousand seven hundred ninety six (5,796) square meters covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered RT-101346 (301269) and located at lot 23 PCS-2587 and lot 7-4, (LRC) PSD-4526, respectively, Vista Real Subdivision, Barangay Matandang Balara, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Sta. Lucia Realty Subdivision and Development, Inc., represented by Exequiel D. Robles, President/CEO with office address at 3/F BLDG. II Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, Marcos Highway Corner Felix Ave., Cainta, Rizal, in compliance with minimum requirements of Q.C. Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and PD 597, otherwise known as Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.
