Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a two (2) storey Socialized Housing Project with twelve (12) units, located at lot 886-D-1-F-1, PSD-007404-024633-D, Castro Street Barangay Sta. Lucia, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of Marjorie B. Cadimas and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered N-205219 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City containing an area of four hundred ninety square meters and fifty square decimeters (490.50), as applied for by Mr. Venancio Z. Rosales - President (VRNR Construction and Development Corp.) with office address at No. 30 6th Camarilla Street, Murphy, Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as a variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulation of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
