Inc. covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered 004-2011010514 and 62703 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, consisting an aggregate area of five thousand five hundred fifty (5,550) square meters as represented by Mr. Exequiel D. Robles, President/CEO (Sta. Lucia Land, Inc.) with office address at Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall Building III, Felix Avenue corner Marcos Highway, Cainta, Rizal, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules ang Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957, otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.
