Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model "E" B.P. 220) with eighty-eight (88) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of three thousand eight hundred thirty-nine square meters and ninety square decimeters (3,839.90), covered by transfer certificate of title 40776, 40756, 40755, 40754, 40750, and 40772 of the registry deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Luzon Development Bank, located at lots 1, 3, 4, 5, Block 6, lot 3, Block 7, Lot 9, Block 4, (LRC) PCS-1827, Garcia Heights, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Garcia Heights Homeowners Association, Inc., (Phases 1, 5, 6, and 10) with office address at the same project location, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
