Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a residential subdivision with 32-lots, community mortgage program, containing an area of one thousand eight hundred eighty-two (1,882) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-44591 (15091) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Percy D. Damazo (Vendor), and located at lot No. 16, FLS-2592-D, Veronica street Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Damazo property urban poor homeowners association, Inc., represented by Teresita M. Mabini (Vendee) subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
