Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of 101 Horseshoe Court Townhouse with 8-units / 3-storey townhouse with basement and roofdeck, located at lot 1 block 4 101 Main Horseshoe Drive, Horseshoe Village, Barangay Horseshoe, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of Raffco Land Corporation covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 004-2011011175 of the Registry of Feeds of Quezon City, consisting an area of nine hundred twenty five (925.00) square meters as represented by Erickson Farillas, President, with office address at No. 21 Malapad Street, Barangay Mariblo, Quezon City in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-957, S-93 and Presidential Decree 957.
