An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Housing Project with ten (10) Lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of four hundred two (402) square meters covered by TCT No. RT-54666 (191525) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, Located at lot 37-D, PSD-61100, Don Sergio Extension, Samonte Interior Homeowners Association, Inc. (Vicente F. Maza Property) as a variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Rules, Standards and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
