Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Le Lagore a two storey town house subdivision with nineteen (19) lots containing an area of two thousand three hundred ninety two (2,392) square meters covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. N-144412 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, as applied for by Primestate Ventures, Inc., represented by Arch. Nathaniel L. Romero with office address at 145 Matatag Street, Barangay Central, Quezon City, Metro Manila, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and PD-957, otherwise known as Subdivision and Condominium Buyers Protective Decree.
