Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a residential housing project (BP Blg. 220) with 26 lots, community mortgage program, containing an area of one thousand one hundred fifty-seven square meters (1,157 SQ. M.),covered by transfer certificate of title numbered N-194316 of the registry of deeds of Quezon city, registered in the name of samahang demokratiko pagkakaisa ng mga maralita homeowners association, Inc., and located at lot 101, FLS-2696-D, Lydia st., Barangay Sta. Monica, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila As applied for by the owner,subject to the conditions prescribed by Quezon City ordinance no. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
