Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Damaso Ville Homeowners Associations, Inc., with twenty-four (24) lots (Community Mortgage Program) originated by the Quezon City Government registered in the name of Cecilia Alba Married to Wenceslao G. Lamson covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered RT-113151 (133976) and RT-113152 (133977) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an aggregate area of eight hundred nine (809) square meters, located at lot 8 block 10 and lot 9 block 3, Don Damaso St., Don Antonio Subdivision, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, Metro Manila as applied for by its HOA President, Ms. Maria Luisa L. Villena, with office address at the same project locations, as variance pursuant to Section 9, Rules III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
