Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Adelfa Visayas Avenue Neighborhood Association, Inc., with one hundred fifteen (115) Lots, (DIRECT SALE PROGRAM) through "Couple for Christ" (Ancop-Canada), located at lot 644-A-7-A-2, (LRA) PSD-352990; 45 Adelfa Street, Visayas Avenue registered in the name of Emeline T. Ngo, Et. Al. covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered N-209747 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of four thousand eight hundred (4,800) square meters, as applied for by its HOA President. Mr. Gerry G. Gonzalo with office address at the same project location, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
