Abstract

A resolution authorizing Honorable City Mayor Brigido R. Simon, Jr., to acquire thru negotiation and/or expropriation that parcel of land which is bounded on the north by University Avenue, on the south by a man-made creek, on the west by a concrete wall along Culiat Creek, on the East by C.P. Romulo Avenue, containing an area of our (4) hectares, more or less, located in Barangay San Vicente, Quezon City, covered by TCT No. 139695, owned by the University of the Philippines, the same to be sold/awarded to deserving and qualified occupants thereof under the Community Mortgage Plan with Quezon City as the originator.
