Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a residential subdivision with 14 lots, community mortgage program, containing an area of four hundred sixty two square meters and sixty square decimeters (462.60) covered by transfer certificate of title No. RT-97795 (190492) of the registry deeds of Quezon City,and located at lot No. 84-B (LRC) PSD-14572, Villa Beatriz, Barangay Old Balara, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the samahang magkakapitbahay ng Villa Beatiz. Inc., represented by Mr. Fernando P. Casaluday, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance No. SP-56,S-93 and batas pambansa BLG. 220.
