Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan with 22 lots of a Socialized Housing Project under the Community Mortgage Program of a parcel of land containing a gross project area of six hundred fifty four (654) square meters covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered N-190446 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City and registered in the name of Kaseco III Homeowners Association, Inc., located at lot 4, block 8 (LRC) PSD-50061, Kasiyahan St., Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Kaseco IIII Homeowners Association, Inc., as represented by its President, Ms. Jane R. LLave, as a variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
