Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Sierra Vista Phase 3 Economic Housing Project with one hundred eighty four (184) lots containing an area of nineteen thousand one hundred six (19,106) square meters covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered RT-104337 (226981)of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of New World Realty Corporation, located at lot 317 Kaybiga, Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by Mr. Exequiel D. Robles President/CEO, Sta. Lucia Realty and Dev't., Inc., with office address at Sta. Lucia Realty East Grand Mall Building II, Felix Avenue Cor. Marcos Highway, Cainta Rizal Metro Manila, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
