Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Ernestville Homeowners Association, Inc. with one hundred six (106) lots, a Community Mortgage Program originated by the Foundation for the Development of the Urban Poor (FDUP) registered in the name of Mercedes S. Gatmaytan covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered N-289489 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of five thousand one (5,001) square meters, located at Nenita Extension Barangay Gulod, Quezon City, Metro Manila as applied for by its HOA President Ms. Nely M. Akili, with office address at the same project location, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambamsa Bilang 220.
