Abstract

An Ordinance providing for the re-classification / re-zoning of a certain portion of Barangay Kristong Hari, District IV, Quezon City, more specifically the property occupied by the Philippine Educational Theater Association Inc., covered by transfer certificate of title no. N-25431 located at lot 1-A-25-D, (No.5) Eymard Drive (Sunnyside Drive), Barangay Krsitong Hari, District IV, Quezon City, and establishing the same as an institutional (INS) zone.
