An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Bistekville 1 (Socialized Housing Project) with two hundred seventy six (276) lots (353 Residential units) located at lot 9-B, Molave Street, Barangay Payatas, Quezon City registered in the name of the City Government of Quezon City covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 004-2011003559 of the Registry of Deeds, containing an area of fifteen thousand six hundred fifty one (15,651) square meters.
