Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Kasiyahan Happy Ville Homeowners Association, Inc., with thirty (30) lots, Community Mortgage Program (CMP) of the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) being originated by the Local Government of Quezon City registered in the name of spouses Reynaldo M. Joson and Milagros G. Joson covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 54328 (134414) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of eight hundred seventy six (876) square meters, as applied for by its HOA President Mr. Cirilo T. Dizon, with office address at the same project location as variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
