dc.description.abstractAn ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Centrina Eleganza Residences with seventy three (73) lots, located at lot 648-A-3-A to 648-A-3-I and lot 648-A-4-A to 648-A-4-I, PSD-00-070301; 57 Cenacle Drive, Sanville Subdivision, Barangay Culiat, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of Metrostar Realty and Development, Inc. covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 004-2012005610 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, consisting an area of ten thousand five hundred seventy three square meters and fifty square decimeters (10,573.50) as represented by its Vice President for Engineering, ENGR. Abel P. Francisco with office address at 839 EDSA, Barangay South Triangle, Quezon City in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree 975 otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.
