Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan with thirty five (35) lots of a Socialized Housing Project under the Community Mortgage Program of a parcel of land containing an area of one thousand four hundred sixty-two (1,462.00) square meters gross project area, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered RT-30805 (318645) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Abelim Corporation, located at lot 13, block 20, PCS-2874, Resolution Street, Area C, Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Matares Homeowners Association, Inc., represented by its President, Ms. Josephine Prima T. Tabbu, as a variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
