An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Gentex Compound located at Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City, containing an area of one hundred thirty-one thousand six hundred twenty-six (131,626) square meters, covered by transfer certificates of Title Nos. N-140307, N-140308, N-140309, N-141241, N-141240, N-141242 and N-140310 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Empire East Land Holdings, Inc., as applied for by Empire East Land Holdings, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-92.
